Dean layed slate down in the hall and put in new doors. I love the doors! They are wood with frosted glass panels that allow light to come through and brighten up the hallway.
 
YIKES! We knew the walls were bad but not this bad! Look at all that dry rot! Dean has to completely reframe the walls now!ÂÂ

See all that duct tape! We had more of that than tile … hence the name ‘gas station’ bathroom!
OK I will keep you guys posted. Dean is working hard even as I write this!

Wow, it’s (going to be) so beautiful!
And, how long are you not going to have a shower for???? I might wait to hang out with you for a few days until that’s back in place
