Dean made some really great progress on the bathroom over the weekend … here are the pictures to prove it!! (He starts tiling today.)
Oh and we now have a tankless water heater. Tankless water heaters last twice as long, consume half the gas, and never run out of hot water. They’re good for the environment and in the end they save you money. Just one of the ways we are trying to live more green!

I love the shape of the counter top. will it float like that as the finished product?

Yes Ma’am! He designed it to ‘appear’ to be floating! It will be covered in slate tiles and the sink will be on top of the counter not recessed. I can’t wait to see it finished!
The wave shape (on the front of the counter) is a theme that runs throughout our house. You will see more ‘waves’ in the bathroom too with the use of broken tiles….more to come!

Oh lady just as soon as we can get there!! Steve’s applied for the HSMP Visa…should be 3-6 weeks before we hear on that.
He’s in CA (Sacramento) working for the past week. I’m ready for him to come home!
